🗣️ F5-TTS Quebec French TTS

Direct text-to-speech with Quebec French accent (Québécois).

How to use

1. Enter Quebec French text in the input box
2. Generate — uses a built-in Quebec French speaker (qc_a) from the model's training data
3. Optional: Remove Silence for cleaner output

About the model

• Finetune of F5-TTS (F5TTS_Base architecture)
• Trained on 11,542 clips of Québécois Common Voice data
• Non-commercial license (CC-BY-NC-4.0) inherited from base checkpoint
• Default reference voice: speaker qc_a from the model's evaluation samples

Technical notes

• The model downloads once at startup (1.35 GB checkpoint + 54 MB vocoder)
• Generation runs on ZeroGPU (NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell)
• Reference audio is cached locally from the model repo
